1. About the product
When you receive the product, please move the sliding part of the TSA lock where the zipper hardware is stored in the direction of the red arrow. Pull the released zipper handle along the zipper rail to open and close the bag.
While holding down the button in the center of the caliber, pull the bar out to its full length, then press and hold the button while pushing the bar in to adjust the length as needed.
The TSA locks used on JOLLYING suitcases are combination locks. Please rest assured that they are not the type that customers need to unlock with a key. The round keyhole on the lock is for security personnel to use.

Set a PIN number to prevent others from opening your luggage without your permission in case of a mistaken or stolen luggage.

To complete your purchase:
Fill in the details like shipping address, billing address, phone number, email address, recipient name etc. -Select the payment method.
Review your order to ensure it is correct.
Agree to the terms and conditions, then proceed to payment and complete the process.
Within minutes you will receive a confirmation email with all your order information. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Once your order is complete, we will send a charge to your designated account. If you cancel your purchase before it is shipped, we will usually refund your payment within 2-5 business days.
Currently, we only ship to Japan.
You can cancel your order by contacting our Client Service (service.JP@jollying.com) before the product is shipped. Currently, it is not possible to change your order even before it is shipped. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you can return the product and place a new order.
If you would like to check the status of your order, please log into your JOLLYING account. It may take a few minutes for your order history to appear in your JOLLYING account.
You can check the delivery status from the shipping completion notification you receive after placing your order, or from your order history on your My Page.

If you would like a receipt, please contact our client service with your order number and name. *As a rule, the receipt will be addressed to the person who placed the order.

3. About delivery
If you would like to check the delivery status after shipment, please log in to your JOLLYING account.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from JOLLYING with a tracking number, which you can use to track your order's status directly on the carrier's website.
If you placed your order as a guest, you can create an account at jollyingjp.com or track your order directly on the carrier's website using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

*We are unable to ship to remote islands or Okinawa as it is difficult to maintain delivery quality during transport.

4.Return Policy
We want our customers to feel safe and secure when they receive our products, so we offer a 10-day return period for customers who purchase from jollyingjp.com.
You can return the item after it has been authenticated. If you wish to return the item, please contact our customer service team.
If the item you return is unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when it was sent to you, we will refund the full purchase price. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.
If you find any damage when receiving your JOLLYING product, please contact our customer service immediately.
It can be exchanged after inspection.
If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to complete a return and place a new order for the product.
Returns are possible within 10 days of receiving your order.
Please ensure that the product is unused, undamaged, and includes all packaging materials, and pack it in the original box in which it was delivered.

Please ensure that your product is unused, undamaged, and that all packaging materials are included, and pack it in the original box it was delivered in. Once your returned product has been received, you will receive a "Return Item Received" email.
Refunds will take 2-7 business days from the date of receipt of the returned product at our warehouse.
Currently, products purchased online cannot be returned at JOLLYING stores. Please ensure that the product is unused, undamaged, and includes all packaging materials, and return it in the same box as it was delivered, with postage paid.
Refunds will be reflected within 3-5 business days via the payment method you used when placing your order. The time it takes to reflect the refund may vary depending on your financial institution. If you used cash on delivery, the refund will be returned to your bank account. For more information, please contact JOLLYING Client Service.
For security reasons, refunds will only be made using the same payment method used to make the purchase.
We accept returns and full refunds for products purchased from JOLLYING Online Store and JOLLYING Stores within 10 days of receipt, provided that the product is unused, undamaged, and in perfect condition with all packaging included.
Please note that different return policies may apply to some products, such as limited edition items and customized products. For details, please check the return policy of each product.

5. Warranty
The product warranty period is 3 years from the date of arrival of the product.
For detailed warranty information, please refer to the "Product Warranty" in the instruction manual or the "Product Warranty and Aftercare" section on the website for purchasers.
We also explain what to do if the warranty period has expired.
In addition, the warranty for this product does not cover deformation, cracks, damage to the main body, scratches, wear, or other problems caused by improper use, incorrect operation, or external forces (such as transportation or handling by the airline).
If you have already registered your JOLLYING suitcase, you will only need the serial ID and a clear image of the problem to claim the warranty. Please submit these via the "Contact" page. If you have purchased a JOLLYING product and have not registered the serial ID, please submit a copy of either your receipt/invoice or online purchase confirmation to claim the warranty.
If the problem or damage is determined to be due to a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship, and a technician is required, JOLLYING will cover the cost of replacement parts and repairs.
If the need for repair arises due to normal wear and tear or damage during airline shipment, excessive strain or rough handling, you are unable to find your original purchase receipt, your product is not covered under warranty, or your product needs to be sent for repair, you may be responsible for shipping, handling, or repair and related costs.
Global Support Services may be subject to local processing fees depending on where you live/travel.

8.お手入れについて
内装の汚れがひどい場合には水で薄めた中性洗剤を含ませて拭き取ってください。
直射日光・高温多湿を避け、風通しの良い場所に保管してください。クローゼットの中などに収納する場合は、カビ・早期劣化防止のため、定期的に陰干しをお願いいたします。
カビが生えた部分に消毒用エタノールを吹きかけて、軽く叩くようにしてゆっくりと染み込ませてください。その後1時間程度放置し、乾いた布で拭き取ってください。
脱色を避けるため、塩素系漂白剤の使用はお控えください。
スーツケース保管時は、災害時のグッズなどを収納して保管しておくことで避難用のキットとしてもご活用いただけます。
災害時用のアイテムは、懐中電灯、軍手、携帯ラジオ、予備の電池、携帯電話の充電器、常備薬、救急箱、使い捨てカイロ、下着、靴下、缶詰、お水などを入れておくことをおすすめします。
キャスターの汚れが気になる時は、濡らして硬く絞った布を使って汚れを拭き取ってください。
