■If you are a registered member, you can skip entering your information by logging in.
■Those who are not registered as members or who do not wish to register as members can still make purchases. In that case, please enter your information when making your purchase.

Payment can be made by the following methods:
Credit card payments: Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club
UnionPay, Visa Electron and Cartes Bancaires are accepted.

Convenience store payment: This is a method of paying in advance at a designated convenience store. Available convenience stores are Family Mart, Lawson, Mini Stop, and Pay Easy.

Required fees other than the product price ■Shipping: Free * Shipping is free to all areas of Japan, excluding some islands.
*Please note that an additional 3,000 yen will be charged for delivery to Okinawa and Hokkaido.
■Consumption tax: The sales price including tax will be displayed for each product.
■COD fee: Free
Payment period and deadline The payment deadline is within the 7th day for convenience store payments and bank transfers. For payments by credit card, the payment deadline will vary depending on the closing date and contract details of the credit card you use. Please contact your credit card company.
Delivery time

The standard delivery time is 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. (Our shop is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.) *Delivery may be delayed due to unavoidable circumstances.

Returns Policy

[After ordering]
■Cancellation and returns after shipment will be accepted only if the item is unopened and returned prepaid. *If the item is opened, a 50% refund will be given.
■If you receive a defective product, we will exchange it within 100 days of the arrival date. (If we are unable to secure the stock, we will refund you.)

[Return deadline]
■The 100-day return guarantee guarantees that the product is unused and free of wear and scratches , and does not guarantee returns due to customer convenience.
■If you receive a defective product or a product different from the one you ordered, we will exchange it for a good product.
■Since customers place orders at their own discretion, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as the product being different from what they expected, no longer needed, ordered by mistake, the wrong size, or not fitting well.
■If you refuse to accept the delivery or are absent for an extended period of time, you will no longer be able to make purchases from this site.
■If re-shipment is necessary due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, or having moved, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer, so please make sure that you have entered the address correctly.
■If you return the item to our shop by your own judgment, we will assume that you have abandoned ownership and will dispose of the item. In that case, we will not provide a refund. If you wish to have the item resent, we will ship it to you cash on delivery.

■If the product is damaged, the wrong size, or there is any other defect due to our negligence, we will cover the shipping costs. If you return the product due to your own reasons, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
